Armies In Plastic Union Zouaves

These are not a new product. They were issued in 2002. AIP's Union Zouaves resemble the 9th New York's uniform with it's trimmer trousers. Gear is unmistakably AMERICAN but these guys can play French in a pinch. Three of the standing poses are great for simulating a Civil War era infantry firing line. I wish there was a forth loading pose for variety but here they are.....

AIP makes three Union officers that can serve as Zouave officers.

The ramming figure makes a good color bearer.

My full "unit."

Replicants's Cantiniere as the "Mary Tepe" of this unit.

More to come.
